What we LOVE LOVE LOVE about this is that the top two winners were schools for actors, and we pride ourselves on being a place for ANYONE to learn improv at! You don't need any prior improv or acting experience to jump right in and laugh, play, and learn with us!
Level 1 - Intro to Improv (Tuesdays 7-9pm) 8 Classes: $325.00 Okay, so you're thinking about taking an improv class... but you're scared. Or nervous. Or even skeptical! QUICKTHINKING! Improv's Level 1 class is a great way to be introduced into the rewarding the world of improv. We mix short form exercises and games with basic 2 person scene work in each and every class. Fast paced, never dull, and taught in a supportive, nurturing, and FUN! atmosphere, you'll learn the improv basics while gaining self confidence, increasing your spontaneity, and becoming funnier! Come check us out by taking a trial class for only $20! (Please remember that you must email to reserve a spot to try a sample class on an upcoming Tuesday night.) (Limit: 15 students)
Level 2 - Improv Performance Class (Fridays 7-9pm) 5 rehearsals: $225.00 It's showtime! Okay, so you've learned the basics - you know how to "give the gift", how to always be supportive, and you've learned to trust your instincts! Now, show the world! QT! Improv's Level 2 performance class will challenge you and prepare you for your big night - an improv show in New York City! You''ll have 5 rehearsals and get 2 free tickets for your friends and family! Plus, you'll be featured on a class flyer so you'll always have something to remember your amazing experience!
